Program description: Assessment of teaching activities is familiar to most librarians, but how to evaluate large-scope libraries’ services, programs, or initiatives may be more abstract and unclear. This webinar will provide a step-by-step process for selecting an evaluation type, focusing the research question, planning an evaluation, data collection methods, and writing an evaluation report. Interactive activities will have you thinking critically through this process, and you’ll walk away with a library evaluation toolkit.

Presenter: Shanda Hunt, Public Health Library Liaison & Data Curation Specialist at the University of Minnesota (UMN).
