MHSLA Electronic Mailing List

The MHSLA electronic mailing list (listserv) assists in the distribution of MHSLA-related information, facilitates information sharing on matters of interest to health sciences librarians, promotes the continuing education of information professionals, and facilitates resource sharing and interlibrary loan activities.

Membership is open to anyone interested in health sciences information management and librarianship, however, you must be subscribed to post to the list. Individuals are not automatically added to the list when joining MHSLA as a member.

The List Owner for MHSLA is the MHSLA Webmaster. Please check the About page for contact information .

To subscribe to the MHSLA list:

Please be aware that organizational firewalls might block messages. If possible, please ask to have MHSLA related emails whitelisted at your organization. In addition, there are issues with Yahoo and SBC global addresses.  This does not seem to be something that we can fix on our end as it's a function of the University of Iowa hosting system.  If you have another option for receiving MHSLA listserv messages, we suggest that you use that address.

To NOT receive a copy of what you post to MHSLA (this is the default):

To access an archive of the list, please follow the instructions from the video below.  MHSLA is a private listserv, so you will need to search for it as instructed in the video and create an account as a list member.
